Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These are the rules for using Bilimlink during the pilot, in plain words. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.

In short

  • Bilimlink is free during the pilot and provided as it is: there can be errors and pauses, and features can change.
  • Your materials stay yours. Upload only what you have the right to use, and no confidential material or students’ personal data.
  • AI can make mistakes. Check every worksheet, especially the answers, before students get it, and check marks before they count.
  • You are responsible for your students’ data on Bilimlink.
  • The worksheets you make are yours to use in your teaching.

1. The service

Bilimlink helps university teachers make worksheets from their own materials, give them to students online or on paper, and see the results. It is made and run by one person, Murod Normuminov.

2. The pilot: free, and as it is

  • During the pilot Bilimlink is free. We take no payments and keep no card details.
  • If Bilimlink becomes paid later, we will tell you in advance. Nothing will be charged without your agreement.
  • Bilimlink is provided as it is. It is an early product made by one person: there can be errors, pauses and changes. We do our best, but we can’t promise that it will always work or never lose data.
  • Features can change, appear or disappear as we learn from teachers.
  • There are daily limits, for example on how many worksheets you can make in a day, so the free pilot works for everyone.
  • Keep your own copy of anything important: worksheets as PDF, results as CSV.

3. Your account

  • Accounts are for teachers. Students don’t need one.
  • Give your real name, and keep your sign-in safe: your password, your Telegram or your Google account.
  • You are responsible for what is done in your account.

4. Your materials

  • What you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, show and print them for you, and send them to the services described in the Privacy Policy to make your worksheets.
  • Upload only material you have the right to use in teaching: your own, your university’s, or material that the law or a licence lets you use.
  • Don’t upload confidential material, or files that contain students’ personal data. On Google’s free tier, people at Google may read what is sent (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Nothing unlawful: no content that insults or threatens people, spreads hatred, or breaks someone else’s rights.

5. Worksheets made with AI

  • The AI writes questions and answers from your material. It can make mistakes: a wrong answer in the key, an unclear question, a fact that is not in your material. Check the worksheet, especially the answers, before you give it to students.
  • Marks are counted automatically. On paper, handwriting is read by AI and can be misread; answers it isn’t sure of are flagged for you. Check the results before you use them for an official grade. The grade is your decision, not Bilimlink’s.
  • You may use the worksheets you make freely in your teaching: print, copy, change, and share them with students and colleagues. If a worksheet is made from someone else’s material, the rights to that material stay with its owner.
  • Printed sheets carry the Bilimlink logo and the line “© Bilimlink · bilimlink.uz”. It refers to Bilimlink’s design of the sheet, not to your content. Please leave it on the sheets.
  • Cover photos come from Pexels under the Pexels licence, with the photographer’s name under the photo. If you upload your own picture, you need the right to use it.

6. Your students and their data

  • You choose which students take part, and you are responsible for their data on Bilimlink: names, answers and photos.
  • Tell your students how their answers and photos are used, for example by showing them the Privacy Policy. If your university or the law requires permission, get it before students use Bilimlink.
  • Ask students only for their name, nothing more. Students should photograph only the answer sheet.
  • Share results only with people who should see them.

7. Fair use

Please don’t:

  • try to get into Bilimlink’s systems, other accounts or other teachers’ data;
  • overload the service, get around the daily limits, or make worksheets with scripts;
  • use Bilimlink to make unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.

We may limit or suspend an account that does this. When we can, we will write to you first.

8. Stopping

You can stop using Bilimlink at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

We may end the pilot or close Bilimlink. If so, we will try to tell teachers in advance, so they can save their worksheets and results.

9. Responsibility

Bilimlink is free and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by mistakes in AI-made content, wrong marks, lost data, or pauses in the service. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Bilimlink changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will also tell teachers about it. If you keep using Bilimlink after a change, the new terms apply.
